Better display of Germanized settings

Germanized is a popular plugin for legal certainty.

There are many setting options. In the original WooCommerce settings, these are visually beautifully prepared. In WooBase, all setting options are arranged one below the other. This doesn't make much sense and unfortunately you can't get to grips with it.
