Customers not showing

I have added WooBase to an existing site.

All previous transactions are registering.

However, no customers are showing. I simply get the message that “No customers yet

When you get new customers they will show up here.”

Please advise.

    This is fixed for an update coming today. We have added subscribers to the roles list. If there are any more roles required let us know and we can add them.

    I have tested this with no other plugins active - other than woocommerce and woobase.

    Hey, yes currently woobase only lists customers with the ‘customer‘ role, what role are your users assigned when they subscribe? Subscribers?

      Yes - they automatically become subscribers when they sign up to the site.

    Greetings,

    I am experiencing the same issue. Currently, only two customers appear, and they were registered because they selected the "Create an account" checkbox on the checkout page. If a customer doesn’t check this box, their account doesn’t appear in the VendBase dashboard under the customer section. I have since disabled the feature "Create an account", and no new customer accounts have been registered. Ideally, I would like WooCommerce to automatically create an account for each purchase using the customer's email as the primary identifier. I hope this information helps with investigating and resolving this bug ASAP.
