Hey, are you getting any errors in the browser console? What plugin are you using to added 'shipped' status etc?

No errors in the console. It's custom coded, I use snippets plugin too for most of my custom coded functions.

I love your plugin, it's fast and helpful to a lot of people. I'm available for any help you might need. If you'd like to have a quick tour at my staging site where I do most of my work, I'm happy to do that. It might be helpful to check everything we've done as we've made an entirely modified WooCommerce platform. Most of what we've done can help cover most of the upcoming feedback that you might receive since we're taking an unorthodox approach and planning to detach front and backend soon. Let me know!

Also, shipped status and custom status do not show in the status dropdown menu of the filter so I can't filter my shipped orders or the orders under Medical Review (custom status I have).

UPDATE: If I use the filter and change the status, it works and shows all orders. But if I choose ALL, it only shows a few orders as you can see in the attached screenshot above.

This should be fixed in version 1.0.7 that we just released. Can you drop me a comment here if it doesn’t fix it for you (you may need to clear cache)

The latest update I received was 1.0.6 the 1.0.7 is not showing on my update list. Did you roll that out already or is it still being deployed?

It was released a couple of hours ago but woobase plugin only checks cor updates every 12 hours so may not have found it yet. the latest version should be in your account though if you want to manually update.

Fixed with ver. 1.0.7 thank you. Now all that remains for this screen is the status filter. It needs to pull all status entries, custom or default. Cause as I mentioned before, we have a custom website with custom status such as “Medical Review” or “Shipped” and so on. In short, we’re an online pharmacy so our process is different from your regular WooCommerce store 😅😅
