Orders - Update Order Should not be Possible with Status "Processing"

Woocommerce does not allow editing the order while status is “Processing” but in Woobase you can add, for example, extra fees and clicking update order says the order was updated. The fee remains visible but the order is not actually updated (checking in Woocommerce Orders.
