While checking why Metabox custom fields were not being returned, I installed ACF (free) to compare and found that the field contents were not being returned in Woobase.

    Hey, I am not able to replicate this problem, I have tested on our staging servers and the woobase demo with a fresh install. I suspect this may be a plugin conflict, are you able to deactivate other plugins and check?

      I deactivated other plugins and had the same result (no caching enabled). I tried a fresh install with Woobase 1.0.9 and only Woocommerce and ACF.

      The custom text is now displayed but not the image. The custom image field is defined as a URL in ACF.

      When clicking on the file icon it opens media library to select an image.

      Selecting a different image to see any difference the image is populated

      I have noticed that upgrading Woobase plugin has occasionally meant features are not working properly. Even when deleting Woobase and reinstalling. Maybe that is because the Woobase options are left in the database when deleting the plugin? I have not yet checked if this would work.

      A fresh install has not been a problem yet. But, I am also not interested in debugging issues with ACF…! :-)
