Standard Woocommerce settings have a conditional display for Deliver to Specific Countries (only if “Shipping Location(s) = “Deliver to specific countries only").

Also, in standard Woocommerce you can select all countries and then uncheck those you don’t want. In Woobase it would be tedious to check each country individually if there were only a few you would not deliver to.
