Store Settings - Language for Site and Profile Conflict

If the Site Settings language is set and profile language is different then the Store Settings are shown in site language, not the user profile language.

In the following example, Site Language is Swedish, Profile Language is English. Settings headings are in English in Woocommerce but in Swedish in Woobase.
