Wordpress Metabox integration and issues with your website

Hello. I was looking at the website and informing myself before I even tried to spend your time. The product presentation looks awesome (so does your website UI style) but the overall feel left me wondering.

I spent 15 minutes trying to find a contact form, a contact page, or even an email address. None. To make pre-sale inquiries. Only in your Privacy Policy do you have one contact and that is related to Privacy.

So ok I was like perhaps it's on your About page? No, that page is 404. So you don't have a basic about page. So I was like ok perhaps I go into your documentation to see if can I find information on my own. But wait. There is no obvious access.

I have so many questions yet it seems that you intentionally made it difficult to reach you out for basic pre-sale questions. Do you have some sort of "community" where I could ask existing users? I understand you have several products presented on different domains all of which seem quite impressive, but these tiny issues make me question what am I looking at.

So to make it more specific I was wondering do you support Wordpress Metabox which IMHO is a superior alternative to the ACF (we can discuss this internally).

More so in light of the recent events and WordPress drama, I think you should support at least one additional vendor that has its plugin distribution that is a bit different than ACF so that Matt can not bomb existing userbase.

So ok I click on a "Vendbase plugin example" and it goes to the 404 on the github. Another slap.

Hopefully, you can understand my frustration.

    We have this feedback form which you have found but we also provide all support through our onsite chat widget which is available on our website:

    We do have support for WordPress metabox, this was added a couple of updates ago.

    The link to the plugin example has also been updated in the article, we had to change names a couple of months ago and it would appear it broke the link.

      Thank you! I’ll purchase both of your products. LTD. When I say “both” please do I understand this correctly: Uipress is also your product?

      While this product seems to share some overlapping features such as the kanban view for Woocommerce - Vendbase is much more feature-rich when it comes to WooCommerce correct?

      I just recently discovered your product line and I am quite excited about it. So wandering around and trying to understand what I am going into.

      Do you have even more products? These two seem very very classy, you have a good eye and style. I hope the performance is modern and uses the latest tech as is your style.
